How depressing is my rank??! Krikey, I gotta be an honor student this 1st quarter! No ifs, no buts. Gotta study English, Math and Logical Reasoning. Gotta put a 'creative writing' course in the Atene*o applications if I want to have a chance at passing. My essay should be extra-spiffy- spiffy enough to win a Carlos Palanca award. My ACET should be almost perfect, and in order to achieve that, I have to attend my MSAs regularly, but not too regularly because then it'll finish early and I'll forget everything there is to know about Math. I have to brush up on my vocabulary and my problem solving skills. I will answer IQ tests everyday to challenge myself. I will LOVE studying. I will study day and night. I will only play Neopets once I finish studying. I will do my best in every quiz, seatwork, portfolio entry, and etc. I will recite so often in every class that the teachers would grow sick and tired of saying my name. I will do all these things and not just say them. I will be a little less optimistic and confident, and a lot more realistic and sigurista. I will say NO to any unneccessary disturbance i.e. ang pag-aabang ng new books sa neopets. I will be focused. I will pray often, frequently, always. I will thank God, and ask for help and guidance. I shall practice what I preach. And I shall not bore you anymore. hehehehhe

Mustaaaaaa! So far, I've been having a good week. Too busy to eat sometimes, but in a way it's a good thing :) The teachers are cooler than last year's, and our adviser is serrano-like, which is good as well. Anyways. D-Day is tomorrow. Here are some of the things I am expecting to happen/realize: 1. at least two of our classmates are absent 2. our adviser would be someone remotely like Gng. Serrano (if I heard right, she said na pinag-aagawan tayo as advisory class ;P ego boost!) 3. we will write/share something about ourselves in at least 3 subjects. 4. we will be seated in alphabetical order. (yan ang pinakagusto ko- walang away, db?) 5. at least 10 people in the class have watched harry potter 3.

New lay...out Shrek inspired! No, I haven't watched S2 yet. But I've already seen the wunnerful, wunnerful HP3 posters. Honestly, Dan looks like a bloody drag princess in all the non-official pictures. Tom Felton, despite his receding hairline, still looks waaay better than any other member of the cast. Emma Watson included. (btw, the guy who played Vincent Crabbe said something like this in an interview, "all of the girls were very nice, except for....no, I can't say. Sorry." )
